Booking Conditions for Workshops and Seminars
Deposits:A 25% per person deposit of the total cost of an EMS Photo Adventures, LLC is required to reserve a space in a Workshop or Seminar. A deposit or down payment can be made through PayPal via credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or your PayPal account. A 25% per person administrative fee applies for all cancellations received more than 46 days before departure.Payments:- You will be invoiced upon making a reservation and full payment is due no later than the state “Final Payment Deadline” for the Workshop or Seminar.
- Payment is accepted through PayPal via credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or your PayPal account.
- 60-45 days before “start date” 50% of the package price
- 45-31 days before “start date” 70% of the package price
- 30 days or less before “start date” 100 % of the package price
