Boston Street Photography & The Art of Seeing Workshop
July 8th (Virtual) | July 10–11th (In-Person)
This unique workshop offers the best of both worlds: virtual classroom learning and hands-on practice on location.
On July 8th, we’ll kick things off with a 4-hour virtual session designed to cement the essential principles that lead to strong, storytelling images.
We’ll dive into core topics like composition, quality of light, storytelling, decisive moments, and more — skills that can be applied across genres like street, portrait, abstract, and beyond.
Then on July 10 and 11, we’ll hit Boston’s vibrant streets and landmarks to put these principles into action with your camera.
Throughout the experience, you’ll receive expert instruction from 2x Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer Essdras M. Suarez — both virtually and in the field.
