Booking Conditions for Workshops, Seminars, and Journeys

Deposits:
A 25% deposit per person (or a lesser amount for specific programs) is required to secure a spot in an EMS Photo Adventures workshop or seminar. Deposits can be made via PayPal using Visa, MasterCard, or directly from your PayPal account.

  • Cancellation more than 46 days before departure: incurs a 25% per person administrative fee on the “Save Your Spot” amount. However, the full deposit can be applied toward a different EMS Photo Adventures program if used within 364 days from the start date of the canceled program.

Payments:

  • Invoices will be issued upon reservation.
  • Full payment is required by the “Final Payment Deadline” for each specific workshop or seminar.
  • Payment methods: via PayPal using Visa, MasterCard, or through your PayPal account.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations should be submitted via email with a request for an acknowledgment from EMS Photo Adventures, LLC. Upon cancellation receipt, the following fees apply based on the timing of notice:

  • Within 60 days of the start date, additional hotel or service fees may apply beyond your land arrangements due to cancellations.
  • No refunds are issued for unused meals, hotel rooms, or other tour features, regardless of the reason.

Price Changes and Program Modifications:
EMS Photo Adventures reserves the right to adjust tour prices due to currency fluctuations, park fee increases, or fuel surcharges.

  • EMS Photo Adventures may modify the tour itinerary without notice but will strive to inform participants of significant changes.

Travel Insurance Requirement and Cancellation Policy:
All EMS Photo Adventures participants must purchase travel insurance.

  • Cancellations within 30 days or less before the start date require filing a claim with the travel insurance provider. EMS Photo Adventures will assist by providing required documentation, including program cost details and proof of payment.

Exceptional Circumstances (Force Majeure / Severe Illness):
In cases of force majeure or extreme illness, EMS Photo Adventures may waive forfeiture percentages. Each case will be reviewed individually, and if approved under extreme duress, the total amount paid may be credited toward a future program.

Credit Application Timeline:

  • Within 364 days of the original program’s start date: 100% of the paid amount can be applied to a future program.
  • Between 1 and 2 years: 50% of the amount can be applied toward a future program.
  • After 2 years: Any unused funds will be forfeited.

Additional Terms:
EMS Photo Adventures is not liable for participant-incurred expenses, such as non-refundable airfare, visa fees (unless specified), or equipment costs, nor for any additional pre- or post-trip arrangements.
